At Compass Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your coffee or equipment, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, roasted coffee beans must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Securely place the unused items or unopened coffee bags in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
