How long does it take for my coffee to ship?

We roast our beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You have full control to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

What is your return policy for coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We work directly with farmers and reputable importers to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices. We believe great coffee starts with a respect for the land and the people who grow it.

Can I get my coffee pre-ground?

Yes, we offer various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, French Press, and Whole Bean. Simply select your preferred grind on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to reach more coffee lovers around the globe soon.
